** Note for Institutional Members: If your institution wishes to process all institutional membership renewals at once and generate a single invoice, please coordinate with the dues representative for your organization and use the instructions here. Do not begin the renewal process as an individual.**
For an individual renewing any type of membership (Regular, Institutional, Sustaining, Associate, and Student Membership):
- Log into LLSDC.org
- On the right hand side of the screen, under “Manage Your Info” click “My Memberships.”

- You will see an “active” record with the opportunity to renew. You may also see an archive record as well. Please disregard any archive record. Click “Renew ” to begin the process.

- Review Current Membership Information. You will have the opportunity to edit this information on the next page if necessary. Select the appropriate Membership Type and select any Special Interest Groups you wish to join.
If you have changes to make, skip to step 5.
If you have no changes to make, select the payment method (Credit Card or Check), select "I am done, mark my renewal complete," and click “Renew Membership.”
- If paying by credit card or PayPal, you will be redirected to process payment.
After a few seconds, a new screen will open. Please follow the prompts to pay using your credit card or using PayPal.
- If paying by check, click “print your application” to view your application. When your application opens, click “View Invoice.” You may print this new page or scroll to the bottom and click “Click here for a printer friendly version of this invoice” to have a cleaner copy to mail with your payment.

- If paying by credit card or PayPal, you will be redirected to process payment.
- If you have changes to make in your Membership Information (name, address, position, etc), select the payment method (Credit Card or Check) and select "I still need to make changes to my information." Click "Renew Membership".

- On the new page, use the boxes at the top to make any necessary changes.

When finished, scroll to the bottom and click "Edit Membership Application".

If paying by credit card or PayPal, you will be redirected to process payment.
After a few seconds, a new screen will open. Please follow the prompts to pay using your credit card or using PayPal. -
If paying by check, click “print” to view your application.
